Please note that after your work starts, you will not get a refund. If you are accessing their image editing services, you are fully entitled to apply for a refund.

  • Full Refund: A refund will be given in full if your website, web, or graphic design projects are not started or if the initial design style has not been approved. The refund process begins after the upfront payment date and may take up to 180 days.
  • Partial Refund: If Rainx LLP fails to deliver according to its style approval based on the completed work,.
  • No Refund: There will be no refunds if your project has been finished and uploaded to the server.

2. Logo Design/Brochure Design

  • Full Refund: You can get a full refund if the project hasn’t started or if the initial design style hasn’t been approved.
  • Partial Refund: You can receive a partial refund if there’s a failure to deliver policy as per Raiinx LLP’s delivery policy after the initial design style approval, proportional to the completed work.
  • No Refund: No refund will be issued if your project has been completed and uploaded to the server.

3. Web Programming:

  • Full Refund: If the project hasn’t started yet, you will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refund: In case the project is not completed as agreed, you will receive a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.

4. Dedicated Hiring (Offshore Staffing Solution)
